• Cancellation Timeframe:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least one hour prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and minimize disruptions to our schedule.
• Late Cancellations:
In the event that you cancel your appointment in less than one hour prior to your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of £25 will be applied. This fee is designed to help cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot that could have been allocated to another client.
• Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you believe your circumstances warrant an exception to this policy, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs while also considering the impact on our scheduling and other clients.
• No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice of cancellation, you will be considered a "no-show." In such cases, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to your account.
